ZClient32™ software is currently in use at several large agencies with orders pending at other sites. The following list identifies some of the agencies currently using ZClient32™ software.

  • Harris County CTC - CLD Inc provides the message switch and a special version of ZClient named ZClientHC. Harris County has about 600 copies of the software installed.
  • Harris County Toll Road - CLD Inc provided specialized GPS and mapping software. The Toll road units also use ZClient.
  • MECA - CLD Inc provides all laptop based mobile messaging software to MECA, Metropolitan Emergency Communications Agency in Indianapolis. Agencies using this software include:
    • Indianapolis Police Department

    • Indianapolis Fire Department

    • Speedway Police

    • Beech Grove Police

    • Marion County Sheriff

    • Numerious smaller agencies

  • Hamilton-Wentworth - CLD Inc provides mobile software to the Hamilton Wentworth Regional Police in Ontario Canada.
  • North Richland Hills - CLD Inc is providing ZClient32 software to the North Richland Hills Police Department.
  • Houston Fire Dept. - CLD Inc is working on a pilot Emergency Alerting project for the HFD which is based upon specialized ZClient software.
  • Santa Ana P.D. The Santa Ana Police Department has deployed 100 units of a specialized version of ZClient32, named CyberMCT.
