Custom Logic Design Inc Developing Mobile Client for Pocket PC April 2003 Currently in its final stages of development, ZClientPDA will offer public safety agencies a handheld mobile client solution. ZClientPDA will function much like ZClient in that it will provide real time plate and person checks, as well as mobile messaging. Custom Logic Design Inc intends to demo ZClientPDA at the Motorola Users Conference in May. Custom Logic Design Inc Announces Montgomery County
Deployment April 2003 Custom Logic Design Inc is pleased to announce the deployment of ZClient for both the Montgomery County Sheriffs and Constables. In addition to ZClient, Montgomery County will also be running ZMap and ZST-3 inside their vehicles. Dispatchers will be utilizing the AVL Server and the ZAVLMap to track their mobile units. Custom Logic Design Inc Develops Status Board for Dallas Fire February 2003 At the request of the Dallas Fire Department, Custom Logic Design Inc developed a status board that displays the current status of all of the fire apparatus. The status board identifies the apparatus type and its current status. Displayed at dispatch, the status board helps dispatch monitor and track their apparatus. The status board application adds to Custom Logic Design’s solutions for fire departments. Custom Logic Design Inc Announces Handheld E-ticket for Newport Beach Police Department October 2002 After integrating ticket and field interview writing within ZClient, Custom Logic Design Inc implemented an e-ticket application on the Symbol 1746 for the Newport Beach Police Department. The application on the handheld allows officers to swipe driver’s licenses and to enter in violator and vehicle data. Furthermore, the officer is able to conduct both person and plate checks from the handheld utilizing ZClient inside the vehicle. Once the officer has gathered all of the information, he simply returns to the vehicle to complete and print the ticket. Custom Logic Design Inc Announces Largest Contract Ever August 2002 After completing a successful pilot, Custom Logic Design Inc is pleased to announce the award of a contract from the Houston Fire Department. Custom Logic Design Inc will provide the Houston Fire Department with an Emergency Alerting System (EAS). Under this EAS project, Custom Logic Design Inc will provide the Fire Department with fire station client alerting software, ZClient32 software for all of the fire apparatus, and a message switch. ZClient32 will support mobile wireless messaging, CAD functions, remote database inquiries, automatic vehicle location, and integrated mapping. This project is currently underway and completion of installation and training is expected in 2003. Custom Logic Design Inc Completes New Software Application June 2002 With much anticipation Custom Logic Design Inc announces the completion of beta testing of their first accident reporting software, ZST-3. ZST-3 is an electronic version of the mandatory state of Texas accident report form ST-3. ZST-3 provides the officer with an easy to use interface, which limits the number of key strokes and eliminates redundancy that is the handwritten counterpart. Furthermore, ZST-3 generates a form that is nearly identical to the state issued form, and meets the state’s requirements. ZST-3 also supports an unlimited number of vehicles and passengers - as in bus accidents. METRO police department in Houston is currently installing ZST-3 and will deploy the application in the near future. Custom Logic Design Announces City of Newport Beach PD Contract Award March 2001 Custom Logic Design Inc is pleased to announce the award of a contract from the City of Newport Beach California. The Newport Beach Police Department will be using our new release of ZClient32tm. This is our latest release and includes GPS and Magnetic Stripe reader support for the various formats of California drivers licenses. We are also working with the Police Department to deploy ticket writing. Custom Logic Design will provide the Dallas Police, Fire, and CIS Departments with ZClient32tm, mobile messaging software. ZClient32tm will be customized to fully meet the departments’ requirements. The application software will support mobile to mobile wireless messaging, CAD functions, remote database inquiries, automatic vehicle location, and magnetic stripe readers. Custom Logic Design Inc will provide the ZClient32tm software, as well as the source code for the application. The City of Dallas has procured a site license for ZClient32tm, which allows them to deploy the application to an unlimited number of wireless mobile users. This contract follows the announcement of the Baltimore County contract in February. Custom Logic Design will provide the Indianapolis Police and Fire Department, the Marion County Sheriff Department, the cities of Speedway, Beechgrove, and Lawrence with ZClient32tm, mobile messaging software. ZClient32tmwill be customized to fully meet the various departments' requirements. The application software will support mobile to mobile wireless messaging, CAD functions, remote database inquiries, automatic vehicle location, and integrated mapping. Custom Logic Design Announces Baltimore Contract February 2000 Custom Logic Design Inc is pleased to announce the Contract award from Baltimore County Police for a ZClient32tm site license. Two versions of the application will be created to support the County’s specialized Hammerhead pen based computers and version tailored to work with the Motorola MW520 workstation. The application software will support mobile to mobile wireless messaging, CAD functions, remote database inquiries, automatic vehicle location, and magnetic stripe readers.
